Sharpener Instructions: 1. Place product on a flat surface and firmly grip the handle in one hand 2. Hold the knife with your forefinger on the back of the blade, placing the blade edge vertically into the desired groove 3. With even pressure, pull the knife through until desired sharpness is achieved. Washing Instruction: Wipe clean with a soft, damp sponge.
