Directions

Cooking directions: 1. In medium saucepan, bring 2 1/2 cups liquid, and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) to a boil. 2. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 60 minutes. For firmer texture, decrease cooking time. For softer, more tender texture, increase cooking time. 3. Once desired texture has been reached, remove from heat. Drain excess liquid, fluff with a fork and serve. Serving suggestions:
