To prepare Goya Natilla you will need: 1 box of Goya Natilla. 5 cups of milk (cold or room temperature). Cinnamon sticks (to taste). Directions: 1. Begin by dissolving the contents of this package in 2 cups of milk. 2. In a medium pot bring the other 3 cups of milk to a slow boil with cinnamon sticks and then add the dissolved natilla mixture. At this point you can add other ingredients such as raisins coconut flakes or candied fruits. 3. Once the mixture begins to thicken, lower the temperature and keep stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. 4. Carefully pour the Natilla into a heat resistant container (bowl or tray) or several small ones. Let the Natilla cool and serve. Suggestion: If you want a softer consistency Natilla, add an extra 1/2 cup of milk in the heating process. Store in a clean and dry place.
