Directions

Oven: 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1-2 minutes. 2-3 minutes from frozen. Toast: heat at medium setting. Microwave: wrap top and bottom with paper towel. High setting for 10-15 seconds. 15-25 seconds from frozen. Better served warm. Remove protein rounds from packaging and choose your desired heating method. Can be frozen to maintain freshness.
