Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Do not use toaster oven. Cooking times may vary. Use caution, meal will be hot. Microwave oven: 1. Remove tray from carton. Do not puncture film. 2. Cook on high 5 - 7 minutes. 3. *Check that meal is cooked thoroughly. 4. Let stand 1 minute & remove film. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton. 2. Remove film from tray. Cover with foil. 3. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. *Cook for 45 minutes, then remove foil. 5. Continue cooking uncovered for 5 minutes or until hot. 6. Remove from oven & let sit for 3-4 minutes. *Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Carton is recyclable - please recycle.
