What you need. 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft shredded cheddar cheese. Chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake taco shells on baking sheet at 300 degrees F for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Caution: do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. Fill bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and taco sauce. Pass the taco shells and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each. Quick tips! One-pan tacos. Prepare meat as directed on package. Top with salsa, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Crush taco shells and sprinkle over taco mixture. Try chicken tacos.
