Instructions: 1 Package Sticky Fingers Garlic & Herb Biscuit Mix (340 g). 8 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled slightly. 2/3 cup milk (extra melted butter for brushing on top of biscuits, if desired). 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray. 2. Empty dry mix into a large bowl. Stir melted butter into milk & immediately pour over dry mix. (Liquid mixture may look curdled.) Using a rubber spatula, fold together dry mix & butter mixture just until a soft dough forms & dry mix is no longer visible. Scoop dough into 12 mounds 2 inches apart onto pan. 3. Bake biscuits 13-16 minutes, or until firm & golden around edges. Brush tops with melted butter, if desired. Cool on pan 5 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
