Easy everyday stuffing. Prep time: 5 min cook time: 25 min 6 servings. Ingredients: 1 box: kinder's woodfired garlic stuffed mix. 1 cup chicken broth. 2 large eggs. 3 tbsp butter. ** for a lower calorie option, you can leave out the butter. Cooking instructions: [1 ] Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees f. [ 2 ] Grease a 8 x 8 baking dish with butter or cooking spray. A 9 x 9 inches pan will also work. [3] Using microwave or small saucepan, melt butter. [4] In a large mixing bowl, add chicken broth and eggs and whisk until combined. Add stuffing mix and melted butter. Toss gently to combine. [5] Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before baking to allow the bread cubes to soak up the liquid [6] Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
