Directions: Adult, (High Potency Dose) 3 Tablespoons (45 mL.) daily after a meal, or as directed by a doctor. Children: (6-12 years) 1-1/2 Tablespoonfuls (22 mL. daily). Or approximately (7 mL.) 3 times daily at meal time. Or as directed by a doctor. Children should be instructed in the use of this product. Children: (6-12) 1-1/2 Tablespoons (22 mL.) daily. See Directions! Directions: Adults: Adult - (High-Potency Dose): 3 Tablespoonful (45mL.) at any one mealtime or as directed by a doctor for a therapeutic dosage of iron, plus more than the minimum daily requirements of Vitamin B-1, B-2, and B-3 (Niacinamide).
