Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: simply remove all packaging &cook from frozen as follows. For best results, simmer on stove top. Stove top - in sauce - 12 mins: place Quorn grounds in a skillet. Add enough of your favorite tomato sauce or gravy to cover grounds. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 10-12 minutes, or until grounds are thoroughly heated. Stove top- in oil & seasoning - 10 mins: heat 2-3 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add Quorn grounds to skillet and desired seasoning (ex. Taco). Cook, stirring frequently, 8-10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Microwave (1000 watt) - 9 mins: for full bag of grounds: place Quorn grounds in a microwave-safe bowl, add enough of your favorite tomato sauce or gravy to cover grounds, cover with microwavable film. Cook on high 4 1/2 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 4 1/2 minutes, stand for 1 minute. Note: ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Storage instructions: keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn grounds will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
