Directions: Cooking With Wood Chunks Mixed With Charcoal: Stack charcoal in a pyramid on the lower grate and ignite. When charcoal is ashed over (approx. 15 min.) place 5-6 Kingsford Smoking Chunks among the charcoal using a large pair of tongs. When cooking chunks begin to smoke, replace grilling grate and begin cooking. Close grill lid. Cooking On Gas and Electrical Grills: Soak Kingsford Smoking Chunks in water 30 minutes. Drain chunks and loosely wrap in aluminum foil (leaving the ends open for ventilation). Place aluminum foil wrap near hear, source. When chunks begin to smoke, start grilling. Grilling Suggestions: Keep grill lid closed to capture the full flavor. Add more chunks as desired, or for long-cooking foods. For best results, use with Kingsford charcoal.
