How to Cook: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling-boil in a large pot. Add salt if desired, then gently stir in the pasta and return to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes. To check for al dente, remove one or two pieces and taste. Once it reaches your preferred firmness, remove from heat, drain well and immediately toss with our Di Bari sauces. Serve right away. Store in a cool, dry place.
