You Will Need: 1. Pozole Verde Bomb; 2-4 lbs chicken bone-in or your choice of meat; 2 lb can of white Hominy; 6 cups water. Directions: 1. Throw: In one Pozole Bomb, hominy to the pot. Optional: Add 1/3 cup minced onion, 1/3 cup minced garlic. 2. Cook: Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker: Set to high 1 hr and 20 mins. Slow Cooker: Cook on high for 6 hrs or on low for 8 hrs. Stove Top: Bring to a boil, cook on low for 3 hrs or until meat is tender. 3. Enjoy: Shred meat, add to a bowl top with chopped cabbage, onions, cilantro and lime. You Can Make: Enchiladas Verdes. Tinga Verde. Chile Verde with Cubed Pork or Beef. Spagetti Verde. Pozole Verde. Keep in dry cool area. Does not need to be refrigerated.
