Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add salt if desired, then gently stir in the pasta and return to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes. To check for al dente, remove one or two pieces and taste. Once it reaches your preferred firmness, remove from heat, drain, and serve as desired. We suggest you to enjoy it with our Di Bari roasted garlic sauce. Store in a cool, dry place.
