Continue cooking on 50% power for 20 minutes, until the center of the dish reaches 165 degrees F. Caution: Use plate for support when removing hot tray from oven. Let hand 5 minutes before serving. Oven: Frozen: Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Leave film on tray; do not vent. Place onto baking sheet on center rack of oven.
