Smoothie Mode: 1. Twist it. Twist off the cap of the pouch. Keep cap away from child. 2. Sip it. Sip the smoothie through the spout and enjoy anywhere on the go! Freezie Pop Mode: 1. Freeze then thaw. Place the pouch in freezer lying flat and freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove and let thaw for 2-3 minutes. 2. Cut or tear the top. Tear away the perforated tab or cut with the scissors. Keep the tear tab away from child. 3. Push up & enjoy! Gently squeeze the bottom of the pouch to push the frozen treat upward. Enjoy the freezie pop as it comes out of the tube. Squeezies are made for two delicious experiences! Whether you want a quick smoothie or a refreshing frozen treat, follow the steps below.
