Cooking time 10-12 min. Water 5L x 500g. Salt 100 degrees. Pasts 10-12 min. Use 5 quarts of water per pound of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add salt and pasta. Drain pasta in a colande and serve with your favourite sauce.
