Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: Varies Makes 10 Servings. Ingredients Needed 1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix 2.5-3 Ibs. boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery 1 cup water. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 275 Degrees F. 2. Place roast and vegetables in an oven safe pot or Dutch oven. 3. Mix gourmet seasoning and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables and cover. 4. Cook in oven for 4-5 hours, check occasionally for tenderness and ensure meat is cooked through. Quick Tips!
