Resealable bag. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Thawing instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then rinse lightly with cold running water and drain well. Or, for a quick thaw, place in colander under cold running water for 5-7 minutes. Seafood is now ready for further preparation in your favorite recipe. Cooking instructions: For each 4 cups of seafood, place in one quart of boiling water. Immediately reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer, uncovered, for about 1 minute. Drain seafood immediately and rinse with cold running water. For pan-frying, cook until opaque and firm, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
