Directions: Use about 1-1/4 level teaspoons of Unipro Baking Powder to each cup of sifted flour for most biscuits, quick breads and conventional cakes - a little less for cookies; a little more for quick method cakes or recipes using coarse flours or corn meal. Always sift baking powder with flour before adding milk or other liquids. Do not put a wet spoon in this tub of baking powder. Store in a cool dry place.
