Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: preheat grill or broiler to medium heat. Remove product from package and place on grill or under the broiler. Turn meat every 5 min. until desired doneness is achieved (medium 145 degrees F internally, med. Rare 142 degrees F). Average cooking time is 20-30 min. Remove from grill, cover and let sit for 5 min. Thinly slice, pour excess juices over slices and serve.
