Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Fry: Cook in skillet over medium heat to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Bake: Place separated bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on high power. 2 slices: 1 1/2-2 min., 4 slices: 2 1/2-3 min. Keep refrigerated.
