Cooking directions: Range top: (for each serving): Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/4 cup McCann's quick & easy steel cut oats. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave: (for each serving): Combine 3/4 cup of water with 1/4 cup of McCann's quick & easy steel cut oats in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir and then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Note: As microwaves are different, cooking times may vary. For thicker oatmeal, use less water.
