Preparation: Cooking Instructions: Oven baking is preferred method for cooking! Note: Internal temperature should be 165 degrees. Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray completely. Brush stuffed fillets with butter if desired. Place oven tray with fish on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 33 to 36 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Microwave: Remove film from tray completely. Brush stuffed fillets with butter if desired. Cover with wax paper or paper towel. Place in microwave on high for 3-1/2 minutes, rotate tray and continue cooking on high approximately 2 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let product rest between 1 and 1-1/2 minutes before consuming. Note: Cooking times may vary due to differences in appliances. Always check internal temperatures of cooked products before consuming. Keep frozen until ready to cook - Do not refreeze.
