Just For Men Shampoo-In Haircolor Dark Blond/Lightest Brown H-15

Directions

Important: follow usage advisory on the side panel. Always read the safety instructions and follow the directions for use carefully. Before you colour read this first. Do a simple. Skin allergy patch (alert) test 48 hours before each application. Allergic reactions (itching, burning, redness) to permanent hair dyes, including Just For Men®, can occur and in rare instances can be severe. A reaction can occur even though you had no reaction during previous usage. You must do this skin allergy patch (alert) test on the inside bend of your elbow 48 hours ahead of each and every use in order to minimize the risk of an allergic reaction. (This is an allergy test, not a colour preview). This test represents an important precaution. Be aware that even if the skin allergy patch (alert) test has been carried out, you may still experience an allergic reaction when you colour your hair. The skin allergy patch (alert) test is not a guarantee to avoid future allergic reactions. Please consult a doctor if you have any doubts. 1) Wash test area. With mild soap and water, wash an area about the size of a coin on the inside bend of your elbow. Pat dry. 2) Mix and apply product. Unscrew the entire cap from the applicator bottle (do not break off the tip at this point) and the Colour Base bottle cap. Mix small, equal parts of the colour base and the applicator bottle in a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon. (Do not use metallic utensils). Tightly recap both bottles. Apply mixture with a cotton ball or swab to a test area the size of a coin on the inside bend of your elbow. Allow to dry. 3) Do not wash, cover or disturb test area for 48 hours. Examine the test area during the next 48 hours. If you get no reaction on the unwashed skin allergy patch (alert) test site after 48 hours, go ahead with full application of Just For Men®. Note: if at any time during the testing, you see redness or rash, or feel burning, itching or other irritation, you may be allergic. Stop!! Wash area immediately and keep it uncovered. You must not use Just For Men® or any other haircolouring. 4) What to do if you have a reaction during or within the next 48 hours after colouring your hair. If during colouring you experience: Any stinging, burning and/or rash, shampoo out immediately and discontinue use as this may be an indication of a more serious reaction. Do not colour your hair again before seeking medical advice. Rapidly spreading skin rash, dizziness, faintness, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, tightness of chest, hives or swelling to eyes/face, blistering of skin or scalp weeping-seek immediate medical attention. If after colouring or on the following days you experience: problems such as skin itching, skin rash, swelling to eyes/face, blistering, skin or scalp weeping - seek immediate medical attention. Preparation. Here's what you'll need. Timer, clock or watch. An old towel and/or shirt. Shampoo (preferably for colour-treated hair). 1. Protect clothing and surfaces with old towels or shirt. Wearing gloves provided, shake colour base bottle. Pour the entire contents of colour base bottle into applicator bottle. Replace caps. 2. Break off triangular tip of applicator bottle with thumb and index finger, pointing tip away from face. 3. Put your thumb on the applicator opening. Shake applicator bottle thoroughly to mix. Apply haircolour mixture right away for maximum effectiveness. Application. First time application. Important: read thoroughly before starting. Apply to hair. 1. The colour of the product mixture always looks different from the final, natural-looking results you'll get. Don't worry, this is normal. Squeeze on mixture. Start where hair is greyest. Then apply product to the rest of your hair. Gently massage product into hair. Do not add water. Cover all your hair. Don't forget the back and sides! Discard unused mixture. (Note: use as much mixture as needed to wet hair thoroughly and uniformly). 2. Wait 5 minutes. Important: start timing yourself after application is completed. Don't guess: use timer, clock or watch. Wait only 5 minutes or a bit less (to prevent haircolour from going too dark). 3. Rinse, shampoo, dry and style. In shower, rinse out product thoroughly until water runs clear. Shampoo and rinse again. Dry and style as usual. Repeat applications: remember to perform the skin allergy patch (alert) test 48 hours before each use. (For current users with longer hair who see grey roots growing in). Apply quickly. Part hair every half inch or so and squeeze mixture only on grey roots. Do not lather in. Do not add water. Wait only 4 minutes. Then, during the next minute (the 5th minute) comb mixture through all your hair. Keep combing, wiping excess mixture from comb into hair. Discard unused mixture. Rinse and dry hair following "Rinse, shampoo, dry and style" directions (step 3 in "Application"). To keep some grey at the sideburns or temples, apply to those areas last, leave on for a few seconds and then wipe away.

Other Description

The world's #1 men's haircolor. Your Just For Men shade is: dark blond/lightest brown H-15. Tear off this flap and save as a reminder for your next purchase. Just For Men® uses patented and proprietary technology for a natural look. It is not being sold or licensed to any retailer as a store brand. Gray Target Technology®. Just For Men targets only the gray hair. Replaces it with subtle tones that match your natural hair color. Easy as shampooing. Works in 5 easy minutes. Rejuvenate hair. Leaves hair thicker and fuller-looking. No damaging ammonia. Lasts until the gray grows back. Picking your shade is easy. The amount of gray you have guides which shade is best for you. If your natural hair color is: dark blong/lightest brown with a lot of gray, this shade is right for you. If you have little to moderate gray, a lighter shade may give a better result. Questions men ask. 1. Can I use this product on my facial hair? Grey facial hair is more resistant to colour. For best results, use the same shade of Just For Men® brush-in colour gel, specially made for mustache, beard and sideburns. 2. I have some very resistant grey that doesn't get covered. What can I do? Apply product to resistant areas (like temples and sideburns) first, then apply to rest of hair. Still not getting the coverage you want? Go one shade lighter than you have been using and leave on up to an additional 5 minutes. 3. How do I prevent stains on my skin? The no drip formula is designed to minimize mess. But to reduce the risk of staining further, wear an old shirt to catch any drips and smear a little moisturizer or regular petroleum jelly around your hairline. Use a damp paper towel to wipe product off your skin and wash spills immediately with soap and water. For resistant stains, use peroxide or a stain remover. 4. When's the best time to apply? The best time to colour is right after you get a haircut. Do not apply right after shampooing to avoid irritation. 5. What shampoo should I use? Use a shampoo designed for colour-treated hair. Using a conditioner will help lock in colour and minimize fading. 6. What if I've previously used another haircolouring? You can still use Just For Men®. If you now use a gradual restorer like Grecian® 2000 or Grecian® Formula 16®, stop applications. Shampoo daily for one week before switching to Just For Men®. 7. If I don't use all the product, can I save it for future use? No! Once mixed, the product becomes inactive within an hour and will not work at a later time. Discard all unused product after usage and do not keep product in a closed bottle (bottle may expand or burst). For more tips on selecting your shade visit: www.justformen.com.
