Thaw before cooking. To thaw, place the mussels on a covered tray or in a sealed bag in the fridge for 5-8 hours. New Zealand Greenshell Mussels are quick and easy to prepare. Just cook until evenly heated through. Bake 160 degrees C/320 degrees F or 5-7 minutes. Grill or BBQ for 2-5 minutes. Steam with tight lid for 2-3 minutes. Keep frozen at -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Cook before consumption.
