Recipe Suggestion: Mixed mushroom Tom Yum soup (serves 2-4): Cook 2-3 Tbsp Mekhala Tom Yum paste with 500ml stock of choice and 250 g mixed mushrooms. Simmer until mushrooms are just cooked. Serve! (Serves 1): Simmer 1 cup favorite stock, 2 tbsp coconut cream and 2 heaped tsp Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste with 2oz mushrooms and 4 cubes tofu and. Add 1 serve cooked rice noodles. Serve with lime and fresh cilantro. Refrigerate after opening. Best before: See base of jar.
