How to Apply: 1. To gauge size try brace on loosely. Adjust removable panels to required size, using color code guide to ensure length remains equal on each side. Ensure lacing system is equal on each side, then attach/adjust lumbar pad accordingly. 2. Once size panels are secure, apply brace by pulling the large flap towards body & securing main faster on top. 3. Grasp both pull tabs and pull to tighten lacing system. Adjust compression using tabs until firm but comfortable. 4. Fasten pull tabs onto brace. If required untie tab and shorten lace (do not cut). Finally double tie tab securely. Check brace is secure, not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Wash & Care: Remove lumbar pad before washing. Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.
