1 oz. 1 lb. meat. 1 cup water (cover meat), brine 6-12 hrs. mild, rosemary and oregano flavors. Instructions (less than 5 min). 1. Completely thaw meat. 2. Place meat into sealable freezer bag. 3. For every 1 pound of meat, mix 1 oz. (half 1/3 cup) F.I.T. Brine with 1 cup of water. 4. Shake bag until spices and water are mixed. 5. In refrigerator, brine for 6-12 hrs#. 6. Drain water mixture from bag*. 7. Cook meat (grill, saute, etc.) #Note: Depending on desired flavor intensity *Note: Retain residual herbs/spices on meat. Recommended Uses Include: Chicken, Turkey, Lamb, Salmon & Broccoli.
