Directions

You will need: 2 spoons butter; 1 Heat the oven for 15 min. at 180 degrees C. 2 Add two level teaspoons of soft butter or butter oil to a cup of yogurt in a deep bowl. 3 Pasted well by using electrical mixer for 3 min. or by using hand. Put a bag of Basbousa to this mixture in 25 cm diameter tray with well mixing then put it in the oven. 4 By dissolving one and half medium glass of sugar in the one and half glass of water put it on fire until boiling (for five minutes). Then add the bag of sweet vanilla after the cool down a bit. Empty the content of packet in deep bowl add 1/3 cup of ice milk and wipe it with electric wiper with high speed for 3 minutes then decorate the pieces of Basbousa with cream as you desire. Keep in a dry & well ventilated place away from the direct sunlight. The company is not responsible for improper storage.
