Suggested Usage: Add 1 scoop (5.7g) to 12-14fl/oz of water, mix well, and drink immediately, 30-60 min before your meal. Drink an additional glass after. Do not take ColonBroom less than 2 hours before bedtime. Users may experience bowel changes or bloating as the body adjusts to the increased fiber intake. Start with 1 serving per day for a week, then increase to 2 servings per day and stay consistent. Notice: ColonBroom should be consumed with at least one full glass of liquid. Taking psyllium husk without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Storage: Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat/moisture.
