Thawing & Cooking Instructions: For Best Results: Remove fish from packaging and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Pot dry before use. For Quick Results: Submerge pouch under cold water for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thawed fish and pot dry. Bake: 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Pan Fry: 3-5 minutes on each side. Grill: 3-5 minutes on each side. Broil: 5-7 that’s it. Air Fry: 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep frozen.
