Directions

Thawing Instructions: Achieve best results by removing fish from all packaging. Cover fish, place in refrigerator, and thaw for 8-12 hours (or overnight). To thaw quickly, remove fish from outer bag and place sealed fish under cold running water for 15-20 minutes or until thawed. Prepare fish when thawed. Do not refreeze. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place rack in middle of oven. Season or marinate fish as desired. Arrange single layer of fish in lightly greased baking pan or non-stick oven safe skillet. Bake thawed fish about 15-20 minutes. Fish is done when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Fish is opaque and separates easily with a fork. For best results, do not overcook. Keep frozen.
