Directions: Adults 12 years of age and older, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. To preserve quality and freshness, keep bottle tightly closed. Store in a dry place at 15 degrees - 30 degrees C (59 degrees - 86 degrees F). To open push down & turn. Close tightly.
