What you'll need: 2.2 lb (1kg) diced chicken, lamb, beef, seafood or vegetables. 3 cups (570g) cooked basmati rice. Optional: 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Add yogurt for extra creamness. Cooking Instructions: 1. Sear meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan. 2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling. 3. Cover pan with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer until Meat or vegetables are fully cooked and tender. (approx. 20 mins for chicken or vegetables longer for red meat). 4. Serve with cooked basmati rice. Our tip: for a creamier taste stir a few table spoons of natural yogurt into your korma before serving. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
