Jamaican Jerk Cooking Sauce: Jamaica Jerk brings together native fragrant spices including allspice and nutmeg with herbs, warm peppers, onion and garlic to season choice cuts of meat. Our sauce is a blend of rich flavors and soft warmth from Jamaica. What to get: 1 lb (450g) Chicken, Pork or Beef. 2 cups (380g) Rice. Suggested Cooking Instructions: (1) Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. (2) Add your choice of diced meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. (3) Pour cooking sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. (4) Simmer until meat is fully cooked. (5) Serve with rice. Chef’s suggestion: Cook black beans (frijoles negros) and rice and serve as a side. Store unopened in a cool dry place.
