Heating Instructions: 1) Oven Bake: Place frozen rockfish in single layer on an ovenable pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 min, flipping halfway through or until golden brown. Or 1) Air Fry: Heat frozen rockfish at 400 degrees F for 8 min, flipping halfway through. 2) Crispy Pub Style Rockfish are ready when crispy and golden brown or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. Keep frozen/Do not refreeze.
