Pandora Cheesecake with Mixed Berries: Ingredients: 1. Bauducco Pandoro 3 packs of cream cheese (15.87 oz) 1-1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1 can of evaporated milk. Juice of 1 lemon Lemon zest of 1 lemon 4 teaspoon of strawberry jam red berries to decorate. Instructions: 1. Place the Pandoro slices in the bottom of a buttered springform pan preheat the oven to 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until it browned Let the slices cool while you prepare the filling. 2. In a mixer mix the cream cheese with sugar until it forms a cream. Then mix it with the evaporated milk, the orange juice and the lemon zest. 3. Put it all over the Pandoro and place in the refrigerator until it is firm when serving spread the jam on the top and cover it with red fruits. The secrect of Pandoro is the personal touch. 1. Open the Pandoro bag and sprinkle the powdered sugar inside. 2. Close it and shake it until the sugar covers the entire surface of the cake. 3. Cut the Pandoro horizontally with a bread knife. 4. Now use your creativity add your personal touch and surprise everyone. Store in a dry and cool place.
