Directions
Instructions: 1. Saute couscous mix with 1 tbsp. of melted butter until thoroughly coated. 2. Once the couscous is coated, add 1 3/4 cups water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover with lid, stirring occasionally. 4. Once all the water is absorbed, remove from heat and take off the lid to allow the remaining moisture to evaporate to desired consistency. 5. Fluff and serve.
