Great on steaks and burgers. Here in Texas, we love our beef. We created a lighter blend to complement the natural flavor of beef_ Generously dust for a bold and savory taste. For burgers, try mixing directly into the meat for extra flavor. Then dust both sides before cooking. For steaks, apply to both sides and allow meat to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
