Serving Suggestion: 1. Let your favorite cut of beef get to room temperature. We recommend a nice marbled ribeye or T-bone. 2. Apply Burly Boy Beef Rub generously over all sides of the beef. 3. Press the rub into the beef to ensure good adhesion. 4. Let it sit for 10 minutes or so and then grill to perfection on medium to high heat turning only once. We recommend medium rare for most steaks for the best tenderness and flavor. 5. Let the steak rest for 5-7 minutes after removing from the grill and then enjoy!
