Recommended Use: Shake container before each use. Mix 1 scoop in 8-10 oz (250-300 ml) of cold water and drink between meals. On training days drink 1 serving 30 minutes before or during exercise. Store out of sunlight in a cool, dry place (60 degrees F to 80 degrees F).
