Microwave Oven: (1000 watt): Remove frozen pocket from wrapper. Place on microwave-safe plate. Cook on high power for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Cook 1 pocket at a time. Let cool for 5 minutes. It will be worth the wait! Keep frozen. Best by date applies only if kept frozen.
