Usage: To use Wee Willy’s Formula no. 1, sprinkle generously, about 2 to 3 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. After sprinkling, let meat rest 5 to 10 minutes. Then, drizzle or spray a small amount of oil (we use olive oil) over the meat and rub oil and seasoning evenly into the meat. Let meat marinate for just a few minutes longer or up to 24 hours wrapped and refrigerated. Cook as usual. Barbecue Ribs: We use about 3 to 4 tablespoon of Formula no. 1 per slab of ribs. After waiting a few minutes we rub the seasoning into both sides of the ribs and then give it a light coating of oil. Tip: Wee Willy’s seasoning blends can be used right at the table to enhance flavors. Be on the lookout for all our fabulous products. Our family enjoy it on: Pork chops, ribs and chicken breast.
