Keep frozen. Preparation instructions: 2 smoothies. Unwrap Greek yogurt portions and place into a blender along with all of the fruit. Add 1 cup of skim milk and 1/4 cup Welch's 100% concord grape juice. Blend until smooth and pour into 2-8 oz cups. Enjoy immediately. 1 smoothie. Follow the above instructions but only unwrap one of the yogurt portions and use half of the fruit. Blend with 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1/8 cup of Welch's 100% grape juice.
