Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take up to 30 drops (1 ml) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. For best results, use daily for one month, take 2 weeks off, then use again daily for 2-4 weeks at a time. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1 pump approximately 22 drops. Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration necessary.
