Making good coffee every day is easy. We call it brilliance in the basics. Here are the steps we recommend. 1. Buy a good coffee beans (these!), the fresher the better. 2. Choose right grind for your method and grind them fresh. 3. For perfect balance, measure out 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water (or 1 gram per 16 milliliters). 4. Store the coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container (this tin works perfectly!). 5. Brew with good clean water; filtered water is best. 6. Pour, drink, enjoy.
