How to enjoy: Do not thaw - cook from frozen. Recommended! Cook on Stove Top: Pour contents of bag into skillet. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Do not add water. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until, thoroughly cooked. Bake in Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Pour contents of bag into an oven safe pan. Toss with tablespoon of olive oil (optional). Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. We do not recommend microwaving. But if you must, microwave on high 4-6 minutes in a microwave safe container. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow the above cooking directions. Keep frozen.
