Product washed prior to freezing. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Cook only one product at a time. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top Method: Add a small amount of water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour in frozen vegetables and wait until water returns to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables reach desired tenderness. Drain and serve. Season to taste. Microwave Method: Do not pierce, puncture or open bag before cooking. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables before microwaving. Place frozen, unopened individual bag back side up in microwave. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Microwave wattages vary; you may have to adjust cooking times accordingly. Open package and carefully pour vegetables into serving food dish. Drain, if needed. Season to taste. Caution: Contains steam. Contents will be hot. Handle with care. Keep frozen. Cut to open.
