Keep frozen. Heating instructions: Directions are given from frozen. Some ovens vary, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Conventional oven: (recommended method): Pre-heat oven to 450°F/230°C (gas mark 8). Heat the frozen meat balls for 10-15 minutes. Deep fry: thaw the chicken meat balls. Pre-heat oil to 350°F/175°C. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Microwave: Place frozen chicken meat balls on a microwaveable plate and heat uncovered on high, for 2 or 3 minutes. Do not overcook. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
